Jo is the director at Gloss, this is jo's 5th successful salon to which she grew from the ground upwards. Jo specialises in colour swell as haircuts. She loves a challenge and excels in transformations.

Jo has completed her Master of balayage qualification with MOB.

Michaela is our part-time senior stylist , She is super friendly and loves to create new looks with colour. Michaela always loves to learn something new and excels in further training . Micheala is very popular with Nano extension's and loves to transform her clients.

Jen is our Senior stylist who has a lot to offer. Jen has moved to Gloss from another local salon and has fitted in great with the team. Jen is not only a colourist but also creates some great haircuts as well as gentlemen. 

Lisa has joined Gloss recently , originally she worked in a salon in Canford Cliffs for 14 years. Lisa is a senior stylist and a Wella master colourist. She is also a very good barber . Lisa also enjoys creating new looks with extensions .

Sophie joined the Gloss team in August 2023, after finishing her training at another salon, to which she excelled with a distinction. Sophie loves to keep on learning and excels at all our in house weekly training sessions.y

Alix is jo's daughter who is a part time apprentice at Gloss , Alix has a passion for horses which will be her future employment but also sees the benefit of learning hairdressing. She is a great part of the team  .

Alexia is our newest apprentice. She already works in the salon on a Saturday and is extremely excited to be a hairdresser. she is very hard working and shows great promise.
