Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise, your booking fee/deposit will be non-refundable. You shall receive a payment link prior to you appointment.

Allergy Alert Test Update
All colour clients require a new patch test at least 48 hours before their colour appointment if any of the following apply:
- You haven't had your hair coloured with us before.
- Your last appointment was over 6 months ago.
- You are pregnant.
- You've had Covid 19 in the last 6 months
It is YOUR responsibility to attend a patch test appointment. Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer your colour service if the up to date skin test isn’t carried out prior to your appointment.
